13. Just catching up

Hey, everybody. It is already August---actually mid August now! We have had wonderful times on South Holston Lake and Lake Nantahala these past few weeks as well as some glorious peaceful evenings on the porch of Fleming House. Just a few days ago I was dancing at Grandfather Mountain Winery as the fabulous Corklickers filled the mountain air with rhythms that inspired everyone to tap their feet, sway, clap and wiggle! It was so fun. We also went to Farm and Fun at the Birthplace of Country Music broadcasted on the Bristol Radio. https://birthplaceofcountrymusic.org/radio/programming/radio-program/farm-fun-time/ It was such a good time. People wore masks so we felt safe and just so full of delight.
