Testing the earth!

We created a very small garden with 2 beefsteak and 2 cherry tomato plants at Fleming House. We also added some arugula, zinnias and corn. It was successful with regards to the tomatoes, zinnias and arugula! Can you believe I canned 15 quarts of tomatoes from 2 plants?
